Our Values
At Magic Wood, we strive to give our guests an unforgettable experience and a true sense of community.We look for people who share our love for nature, climbing, and the outdoor lifestyle — people who bring enthusiasm, warmth, and energy to the place.
Together with IG Magic Wood, we care deeply for our guests and for our forest. Every year we organize several events to give back to our climbing community and keep the magic alive.
We provide our guests with yoga, guiding, and coaching — the full Bodhi Experience and the ultimate climbing trip.

Kitchen
We are looking for a passionate cook or hobby cook, preferably with some experience.
Main tasks:– Be the main cook and lead daily kitchen operations– Assist with food prep and kitchen logistics– (Optionally) help with service/bar during busy hours
Period: April – end of November (flexible)
Service
We are looking for a person who brings a smile before the coffee even hits the table.
Main tasks:
– Restaurant and bar service– Welcoming guests with that unique Magic Wood energy– Check-ins and check-outs at our guesthouse Backpackers Generoso– Crashpad rentals– General restaurant and service-related tasks (cleaning, refilling, small logistics…)
Periods:– May – end October (experience preferred)– June – end September (high season – experience required)
Hospitality
We are looking for an enthusiastic hospitality employee – the first face of Bodhi.
Main tasks:– Hosting guests and check-ins– Stock management– Reservations, bookings, and payment checks– Cleaning of facilities and accommodation areas
Period: June – August/September (flexible, dates negotiable)

!You speak at least English or German – both is a plus!
