Tailored Yoga for climbers
Our classes cater to climbers of all levels. The warm-up prepares your body, while recovery minimizes stiffness and maintains strength. The strength class is perfect for rest days or as a supplement to your training. Themed classes hold space to explore other focuses llike alignment, mobility, handstands etc. to enhance your climbing.
