Outdoor Team Building Experience Shared challenges. Real connection. Outdoors. This team building experience uses outdoor climbing as a framework for learning, collaboration, and reflection. Through carefully chosen movement tasks and shared challenges, teams explore communication, trust, and group dynamics in a natural setting. The focus is on experience-based learning rather than performance or competition. Sessions are facilitated with structure and clarity, while leaving space for organic interaction and reflection within the group. What to expect: Guided outdoor activities adapted to the group Cooperative movement and problem-solving tasks Clear structure with flexible pacing A calm, professional facilitation style Time for reflection and group exchange What this experience is not: Not a performance coaching program Not a competitive or physically demanding challenge No prior climbing experience required Included in every course Professional guiding by Bodhi Climbing Crash pads (as many as we can carry) Climbing Shoe rental Safety briefing and spotting instruction Coffee & cake at Gasthaus Edelweiss after the session Not included / Optional add-ons Additional guiding hours: CHF 90.– per hour Climbing shoes rental: CHF 10.– per person Lunch packet (local products): CHF 25.– per person (All optional services can be added during the booking process.)
